Twitter Suspension + What would this mean for any presence I have for Socials

 

Alright, I was suspended from Twitter, all of which was for "inauthentic behavior," and I can't get my main account restored despite submitting an appeal.

 If I am being honest, I hope to get these recovered at some point (at least the ones that weren't ineligible for whatever reason, like my main).

As for the Q&A Video, I am at least able to get some of the questions that are replies to the Tweet that has since been deleted due to the suspension.

I am hoping this is a temporary setback, and I am mainly regulating my stuff to Blogger as a result. I am giving up on my main account, but if the MAZU account comes back, that's gonna be the only account I am gonna use if it does come back.

I don't plan to use a Twitter alternative or any microblogs for that matter (outside of Tumblr, even then, that's used exclusively for Sinikka's World). I've already tried using Bluesky, and my opinion on it is not positive at all, per se. 

The TTSC uses its own Mastodon instance, which I only ever use for SAPI-TV stuff, and even then, I rarely ever use it.

If anyone is gonna do a question in the Q&A, for the time being, I would use the comment sections on the Vanillo and Odysee uploads of the submission videos, if not, Discord, if you are on there and have me added or on a server I run.

I also recommend responding to the submission page on this blog as well.

So yeah, this forced exit might actually do some good in my opinion. I rarely ever post on Twitter anyway, and if I do, chances are it was usually on the MAZU Twitter for reasons that mainly involve my videos.

 I am a little annoyed that this happened; on the other hand, I am glad that I was forced out of a site that is designed to make you doomscroll (not that I do that shit, I've done my best to avoid it in favor of a better mindset).

 So there you go. I personally suggest not asking me to join any alternatives since I am already fine with Blogger as it is.

 I can type as many characters as I want, I can decorate my page however the hell I want, which is something that most services haven't let you do in years, especially services from many companies that care more about data, money, and in recent years, AI... ironically enough, with me saying this about a company like Google, who owns Blogger... a site that people tend to forget was owned by them.

Returning to Twitter, but with a catch

 Recently, I have been considering returning to Twitter. It is not a good site, don't get me wrong. However, BlueSky has proven to me that things could be worse than Twitter, regardless of what people on that site claim.

 Twitter is still a shit site, so my presence on there isn't gonna be as huge as it was back in 2021-2023, and if anything, art is still not gonna be posted on Twitter, and if anything. I recommend anyone reading this check my art out on these platforms below:

I also do not want to make any thread tweets at all. Any long post I make will remain either on this blog or SpaceHey. So, shorter posts only.

 I know I use platforms besides when it comes to YouTube, but honestly while video platforms that are alternatives end up not working out or die out for me, I still want to keep myself off YouTube regardless due to how YouTube's reputation has been soured over and over regardless of any improvement the site makes.  

It's different than trying to find an alternative to Twitter that is better than it. I am not against people using BlueSky at all. It may be a social media site I despise more than Twitter, but I won't force anyone to de-platform from that site, and honestly, neither should they.

 I am expecting people to make this post political somehow, even though I am not doing this out of the motivation in regards to my politics at all, so anyone doing that shit is going to miss the point regardless.

Still, I will only post whenever I feel like it, plus I might retweet stuff, hell, give out likes on tweets too.

 TL:DR I am gonna return to Twitter, but I am not gonna post art on there because I use enough sites for that, I've already considered an alternative that people praise, but it ended up being worse than Twitter in my opinion, so after a while I am gonna use Twitter in addition to the blog sites I am using.

 Plus, my return to Twitter will have me change my username to this:

Since people do that with their BlueSky accounts, I am doing it with my Blogger.

Sinikka's World Hiatus Announcement (January 2025)

 

Alright, so after I post Sinikka's World 37, I am going to announce that the comic series is going on a hiatus for a good portion of January.

Now I know what some people are thinking...

Are you okay? Is Sinikka's World gonna end because you lost interest!? What's going on!?

Well, that's easy. I want to preserve my interest in Sinikka's World as much as possible and avoid a situation similar to what I ended up in when RoboFreaks was on the decline.

I am trying to take lessons I learned or should have learned if I haven't already with RoboFreaks and have it so that way I don't end up with as many regrets in my work, which I know is gonna be inevitable down the line. Still, the less I feel the need to make these comics the better.

Sinikka's World is a comic series I want to keep doing and to preserve some interest in the body of work I am making, that would mean putting it off before I feel that it becomes a chore for me to do, where my passion in it is gone, and I have to keep going for some reason, which was a main contributor to why I stopped doing RoboFreaks.

This hiatus is not indefinite. Don't worry, I will return to it, just not for a while.

Besides, I've been doing these comics non-stop for about 8-9 months while videos on Mazentu were out of the question to make due to some technical difficulties behind the scenes.

I am glad I got to make these comics in 2024, as they kept me occupied and were something I loved to do. That was what made this year a good one despite some setbacks, like the aforementioned technical difficulties, and it also helped me develop these characters more than I could've imagined.

This hiatus idea also seems like a blessing in disguise, in my opinion, because it can allow me to do other things besides these comics, such as work on other art for the time being and get back to work on an animation utilizing fully voice-acted Sinikka's World characters.

So, hopefully, you can understand why I need this hiatus: to heal from possible burnout and use this as an opportunity to work on other things.

OH NO THE SILLY MEME IS IN A POPULAR GAME THAT MEANS THE WORLD IS DOOMED HOLY SHIT! - A rant

 

Oh boy, the recent leaks involving a certain game adding a meme that's popular with kids, proven that people can act so damn petty over it to the point of acting like it's the end of the world and it's really their problem. They seriously need their priorities checked and act like certain little things aren't worth shit at the end of the day.

I find it funny as fuck, but at the same time. If a meme being a part of a game is that much of an issue. Then you take memes too seriously for the same reasons that out-of-touch teachers that think fun's a waste of time.

I may hate some memes too to be honest, but at least I don't act like a fucking whiny bastard that cries over spilled milk about it.

I got better things to worry about anyway, and I can care a lot less about the game and the meme. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Plus, it's not like everyone had a silly thing they saw and liked in their youth either, I certainly have and I accepted it as fact.

People are easily gonna connect the dots on what I am talking about.
